The tufting on these pet beds prevents fibre from shifting or clumping during wash. Handy tip: to ?fluff up? your cushion, put a old tennis ball or running shoe in the dryer with your cushion.
? Unzip cover and remove bolster. 
? Rezip cover, machine wash and dry cover on cool setting.
? Do not machine wash inner k-cloth bolster
