Washing/Care:   m achine washable, gentle cycle, mild detergent, nothing small to chew off, for pet's safety.
How to warm up heat packs: place the  terry cloth pouch with your dry rice in the microwave to warm up the heat packs. Please do not place the puppy stuffed toy in the microwave, do not heat bags in the microwave either – they will spark. Please follow directions that come with the puppy toy. Please remove contents of stuffed animal when washing. Please always use this puppy toy under close supervision.

I bought this for my puppy before she was born. I gave it to the breeder and Kaity has had it ever since. She totally loves it and is now four months old. She knows how to turn it on herself and sleeps with it every night. If the battery is down she gets very upset. When Kaity was 8 weeks old and weighed only one pound she got parvo. I don't think she would have made it at the vet's office without this puppy. At least she had something that was familiar. Thank you for this. we are ordering another one because this one can't last forever. And yes the stuffed puppy part has been in the washer many times. Thanks again.

to any new puppy owner i would get this toy. i got it tor my pup and he couldn't put it down. he would lie down with it in his cage and not wine which was good for us over the night. he is now two years old and still loves the thing and still can't put it down. it is so cute!!!
